Our Approach
1Oak Research is an independent, founder-led private credit firm based in Singapore. We focus on secured, equity-backed lending and discounted block trades, primarily across Asian listed equities, with selective exposure to globally listed equities in the US, Europe, and the Middle East.
Our work is grounded in institutional discipline: conservative loan-to-value ratios, rigorous underwriting and KYC, and daily collateral monitoring. The aim is to give borrowers structure and investors transparency in a market that conventional banks have steadily stepped away from.
